Renovation of this occupied 12-story, 198 unit senior housing project was completed in multiple phases. It included exterior upgrades such as new exterior windows, new sliding glass doors, and concrete flatwork with parking upgrades to accommodate ADA compliance. Building systems were upgraded, including a new hydronic mechanical system with boiler, upgraded electrical and lighting, and an upgraded fire alarm system. Interior renovations of the units involved new plumbing fixtures, tile work, paint and carpet. Common areas and corridors included abatement of asbestos-containing materials and installation of upgraded materials.
